Our Terms & Conditions
By creating a ZennPay account or using our wallet, transfer, bill payment, invoicing, or voucher services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ZennPay.
Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information when creating your ZennPay account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, PIN, and two-factor verification codes confidential, and for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Identity Verification (KYC)
To comply with Nigerian financial regulations, we may require you to complete identity verification before you can fund your wallet, send money, or withdraw funds. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that fail verification.
Wallet Funding & Payment Gateways
You can fund your ZennPay wallet via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or supported third-party gateways including Paystack, Flutterwave, and Monnify. Transactions processed through these gateways are also subject to each provider's own terms of service.
Transfers, Bill Payments, Invoices & Vouchers
ZennPay allows you to transfer funds to other ZennPay users, pay bills, scan and pay via QR code, settle invoices, and redeem vouchers. You are responsible for verifying recipient details before confirming any transaction — completed transfers cannot always be reversed.
Fees & Limits
Applicable fees, transaction limits, and processing times are displayed within the app before you confirm a transaction and may vary based on your verification level.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use ZennPay for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or funding illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts found to violate this policy, and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or close your account if we suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or as required by law or regulation.
Limitation of Liability
ZennPay is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login details, incorrect recipient information you provide, or outages caused by third-party payment gateways.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZennPay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
